Name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and according to prosecution case itself, the looted money was recovered from conscious possession of the other accused. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 23-12-2015 and except the confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015 to the satisfaction of
