JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO Case No.24 of 2014 arising out of Mahesi P.S.Case No.37 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 7th November, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40413 of 2014.

For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 7th November, 2014, I am not inclined to reconsider the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14411 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2 2 prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected once again.
