The petitioner has been arrested in connection with S.T.No. 443 of 2013 arising out of Garhpura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2012 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Earlier twice bail petitions of the petitioner were rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.07.2012. It is further submitted that one of the co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. However, it is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in nine more cases except this case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri V.N.Lal

Case No. 50 of 2012, subject to condition that petitioner will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year, further condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future and if any such indulges shall be reported against the petitioner, then bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancel.
