3. The Circle Officer, Bidupur, Vaishali is directed to issue the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Certificate for the year 2022-23 to the petitioner by off-line mode.

4. The petitioner will give an application to the Circle Officer, Bidupur, Vaishali in course of the day and the rest of the formalities by the Circle Officer will be done today itself.

5. This order is being passed in view of the fact that the petitioner was issued EWS Certificate for the yer 2021-2022
