2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 324, 326, 307, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, when the grand son of informant Mayank Mishra alongwith Niraj Kumar were going to Mahavir Mandir, Patna, co-accused Saket Kumar @ Raushan alongwith coaccused Manav Kumar @ Raja attacked him from behind with knife, which caused head injury to him. It is alleged that this incident took place as per instance of this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has

Petitioner is none else but own son of informant and father of co-accused Saket Kumar and Manav Kumar. There is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. He further submits that co-accused Saket Kumar @ Raushan has already been granted regular bail by the learned Court below, vide order dated 15.12.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. / A.C.J.M. - VIII, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 430 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) Anay U T
