ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was granted bail during trial by the order dated 5.1.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. 37990 of 2009 whereafter complication arose upon which a fresh trial started. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court concerned to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 424 of 2009 arising out of Ariari P.S. Case No. 31 of 2004, subject to the conditions, (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.932 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner. (ii) That the Petitioner will be physically present on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
