ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was granted bail by the order dated 26.9.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 36366 of 2014 in which one of the conditions was that he would regularly appear before the Court below, but, since he did not appear on two consecutive dates, his bail bond was cancelled and now he is in custody since last four months.

Now the Petitioner undertakes to be physically present on each date of Trial.

Considering the undertaking of the Petitioner that he would be physically present on each date, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any
