====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A, 511, 354B, 354C, 354D, 354A, 323, 341, 504, 509 of the IPC and sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner forcibly got seated informant's minor daughter on the motorcycle. In the meantime, on hulla, they fled away leaving the victim on the spot.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9717 of 2025(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 614 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
