The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1607C of 2010, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner ravished to the complainant.

Submission is that for some trivial dispute false case has been lodged.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1908 of 2020(7) dt.06-04-2021 2/2 the petitioner has approached the Court after long delay, in my view, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
