JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.04.2018 passed by the learned Munsif-III, Patna in Title Eviction Suit No.64 of 2017, whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay the arrears of rent to the respondent within fifteen days.
The Office has rightly put up the note that the civil revision application filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is not maintainable in view of the proviso to Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure. This civil revision application is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take
Patna High Court C.R. No.151 of 2018(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 legal recourse under appropriate provision of law before an appropriate forum.
