JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the State submit that the writ application would be disposed of with a direction to the District Collector, East Champaran, Motihari to consider the representation/objection of the petitioner dated 09.10.2018 and 12.11.2018 as contained in Annexures-5 and 5/1 to the writ application.

In the nature of the submissions, at this stage the writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the District Collector-cum-Chairman, District Selection Committee, East Champaran, Motihari to look into the grievance of the

In case, the District Collector -cum-Chairman, District Selection Committee, East Champaran, Motihari (respondent no. 3) requires any interference with the selection of respondent no. 6, an appropriate opportunity of hearing shall also be given to respondent no. 6.
