2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 107 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 195 pieces of Pheniramine Maleate injection and 100 pieces of Buprenorphine injection were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the recovery from the possession of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3355 of 2026(5) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
