ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 30/12 arising out of S.T. No. 736/2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 342, 323, 384, 386, 374/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the Learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Begusarai, District-Begusarai.
Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier refused by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 01.05.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2892/13. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now four witnesses have been examined out of nine.
In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason, it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12214 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 Police, Begusarai is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial. (Anjana Prakash, J.) Kamlesh U T
