2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
"(i) For conducting counselling and appointing petitioner on the post of Class 1-5, Primary School teacher in view of Advertisement 26/2023 of Bihar Public Service Commission for conducting School teacher recruitment examination and the petitioner passed the same. (ii) For to either quash proviso 4A or direct the authority concern to provide same benefit to the petitioner because it is discriminatory and in violation of Article 14, 15, and 16 of Constitution of India.
(iii) For direction on the respondent to keep 1

(v) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is entitled."

Considering the relief prayed in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No.3 along with all supporting documents within a period of thirty days and the Respondent No.3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one months thereafter.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
