ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2014 in connection with S.T. Case No. 288 of 2014/429 of 2014 arising out of Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 163 of 2011 for the offence registered under Sections 364, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is made out in the first information report that petitioner alongwith two others are found taking away the kidnapped son of the informant, namely, Banti Raj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated accused persons namely, Pawan Singh and Gulshan Kumar have been extended the privilege of regular bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17665 of 2015 (4) dt.20-07-2015 by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 2843 of 2013 vide order dated 23.01.2013 and in Cr. Misc. No. 879 of 2012 vide order dated 04.10.2012.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge -II, Nawadah connection with S.T. Case No. 288 of 2014/429 of 2014 arising out of Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 163 of 2011. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
