The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authority to cancel the selection of the Respondent No. 8 on the post of Anganbari Sevika, Panchayt- Raj Pinarthoo Khurd, Anchal- Daraunda, Ward No. 3, District- Siwan and select the petitioner in place of Respondent No. 8 as petitioner possess higher marks.

3. Learned Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka within 30 days after Durga Puja Holidays, if cause of action still survives.
