2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, it is alleged that when the house of the petitioner was searched, one blue coloured plastic under the mattress containing 400 grams of ganja was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner has not been caught on the spot and he has no concern with the said material. He submits that Sections 8(c) and 20(b) of the NDPS Act are not attracted against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail submits that the contraband article has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 482 of 2023. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
