Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of making indiscriminate firing on police party, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No. 196 of 2015, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif stands rejected.
