The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case co-accused Sanjay Singh has been granted bail vide order dated 04.12.2019 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 72126 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused has been granted bail and the petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1861 of 2020(3) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019.
