JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the informant. Deceased Tabassum Khatoon who was married with Sk. Azad Amin about sixteen years ago was murdered at her Sasural by her husband and in-laws for that informant, Sk. Sajjad has filed instant case against them including the petitioner. Petitioner is not directly attached with the family of husband of deceased as is evident from his parentage. Furthermore, is under custody since 20.02.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner Sk. Amrullah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ram Garhwa P.S. Case No.121 of 2012.
