The petitioner seeks extension of time which was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30119 of 2015.
After having perused the petition, it appears that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause from depositing the money in the Court below.
As such, the time fixed for the aforementioned order stands modified to three months from today.
It is made clear that if the petitioner does not comply with the order as passed today, the order shall stand recalled automatically.
