The petitioners seek bail in Meenapur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner Md. Heera and Lalu Miya @ Md. Lalu are relative and petitioner Md. Najir is the father of Maqsood. The informant alleged that her daughter Nidhi Kumari @ Komal fell in love with Md. Maqsood and she fled away. After sometimes, the petitioners are said to have called the informant that her daughter was safe in their custody.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.18299 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 petitioners are not alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Meenapur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.
