JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant claims that his voter identity card had been printed in the press of the petitioner, who kept one copy of voter identity card which was subsequently used in purchase of the sim cards in the name of informant. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 27.12.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
