One packet Ketajet injection containing 2 m.l. liquid, one needle syringe, one live cartridge, one mobile and cash are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner and some others were caught by the police and thereafter, on the basis of disclosure made by petitioner and their associates, the looted van was recovered near a line hotel. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 27-12-2014. So far as recovery of Ketajet is concerned, the same appears to have come under the purview of small quantity.

No.17824 of 2015 (5) dt.06-11-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 431 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur.
