Though there happens to be recovery from the house of the petitioner of the stolen article however, taking into account the period of detention coupled with absence of criminal antecedent as incorporated under para-3 of the pleading, petitioner Guddu Jha @ Amarjeet Jha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Nitin Kaushik, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur (Baini) P.S.
