The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2015 registered under Sections 460, 380 and 511 of Indian Penal Code.

From the order of learned C.J.M. and learned Sessions Judge while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, it appears that name of the petitioner finds place on confessional statement of co-accused Jai Prakash Singh. However, the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. Further, there is no incrementing material found from the possession of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13395 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Ind) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2015.
