2. The petitioner, in the instant writ petition, prays for the following reliefs:- "i. For quashing of the order dated 16.04.2018 passed by the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 173 of 2018 whereby the application preferred under section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 against the order dated 30.11.2017 passed by the Divisional Commissioner was
Patna High Court CWJC No.20029 of 2018(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 dismissed and consequently the petitioner was directed to approach the Civil Court for redressal of his grievance;
ii. And/or for any other reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
3. It has informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that sole petitioner is no more and as such liberty be granted to the heirs if he/she/they want to approach afresh.
4. State has no objection.
5. Granting liberty to the heirs to move afresh if he/she/they so want, as the petitioner is no more, the writ petition stands disposed of.
