The petitioner seeks bail in S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

It is submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 11.12.2014, but he was remanded to judicial custody on 13.12.2014. It is shown that from the possession of the petitioner one mobile of Reliance Company and another mobile of Samsung Galaxy Mega White were recovered.

It appears that the petitioner has remained in jail for about six months and similarly situated co-accused Amit Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18184 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 No. 8863 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashutosh Khetan, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014.
