The petitioner seeks bail in Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No.92 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B),304(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of dowry and torture and due to non-fulfilment of the same the daughter of the informant was killed and burnt the dead body. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner happens to be villager and he is not relative of the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case having no criminal antecedent and he in custody since 24.10.2019. In this case, chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a villager of the husband of the deceased, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No.92 of 2019.
