JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 07-08-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to arrest the private respondents in connection with the cases instituted against them.

On query, learned counsel for the petitioner clearly conceded that the petitioner has not launched any prosecution against the private respondents till date. However, he contended that the private respondents are being prosecuted in connection with Bihiya P. S. Case No. 179 of 2016, Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 447 of 2016 and Muffasil (Dhobhan O. P.) P. S. Case No. 208 of 2016.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner is neither the informant nor an accused in the aforesaid two criminal cases lodged in different police stations, he has no locus standi in the matter.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The application is dismissed.
