The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 09.09.2021.

Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5222 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 107 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make attendance in the local police station (Saharghat) Madhubani on first Sunday of every month.
