The petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the FIR. Their names surfaced in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused during the course of investigation. One towel of the petitioners is said to have been recovered from the house of the informant but the petitioners were not put on Test Identification Parade. The petitioners are in jail since 22.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18578 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015.
