The petitioner is accused in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2015, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused in his confessional statement, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 27.11.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.9566 of 2016 (4) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S.
