The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation of using firearms by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
