Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 245 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 448, 354 (A), 354 (B) of the Indian Penal Code, sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

As per allegation, the petitioner entered into the house of the informant, who is a girl of sixteen years of age, and molested her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3650 of 2022(2) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 that the mother of the present petitioner became successful in election of Ward Member and the present case has been lodged due to rivalry of that election. He has submitted further that now the good sense has been prevailed between the parties and the matter has been compromised.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 245 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
