The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 47-A of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that the police reached in Dumarshan Chawar and recovered 200 liters of illicit country made liquor kept in a drum in the field of Bharat Sah. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 01.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19579 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 05 of 2015.
