The petitioner seeks regular bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 682/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report it is alleged that four miscreants after snatching bag and other articles from possession of this petitioner tried to flee away. It is further alleged that petitioner with his family member chased the miscreants and found three persons were trying to hide themselves in the Gali and they have been apprehended by the informant and other people and handed over to the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. There is no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3548 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 recovery of any incriminating article from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 682/2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) vinita/- U T
