Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 450 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is also submitted that the victim in his petition as contained in Annexure-3, before the Court below on dated 30.09.2022 stated that no one abducted him rather he voluntarily

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5867 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 married with his beloved. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 450 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
