The petitioner seeks bail in Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.280 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code..

The allegation is demand of dowry and torture and due to non-fulfilment of the same, the daughter of the informant was burnt to death by her in laws including the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased. Further submission is that father-in-law of the deceased, namely, Ram Badan Paswan (petitioner's husband) has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13399 of 2019. In view of facts and circumstances as well as the fact that other similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Rosera, DistrictSamastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.280 of 2018.
