The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that on search, one country made pistol loaded with fired cartridge was recovered from his possession.

It is submitted that the arms recovered from the possession of the petitioner was found ineffective. Although the petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No.65 of 2015.
