JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present case is squarely covered by a judgment dated 11.04.2018 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 7322 of 2017, hence the present writ petition can also be disposed off in light of the said judgment dated 11.04.2018. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of matric trained scale upon completion of three years from the date of joining of the petitioner as he cannot be faulted in the matter of him being not sent for service training.
