This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(b)(c)/20 (a)(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act. The petitioner has been found to be cultivating the Ganja plant.
In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
