JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The learned court below has rejected the bail petition of the petitioner considering confessional statement of petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent and it appears that except the aforesaid criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement , there is nothing against the petitioner, who has been remanded in this case on 28.11.2015 from another case.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoriya P.S.Case No. 28 of 2015.
