JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6458 of 2018, the District Manager, State Food and Civil Supply Corporation, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 11.08.2025 wherein it has been stated that since the petitioner has failed to produce any proof, i.e. stock issue order, pay-in slip, bank statement, bank challan etc. in proof of his claim for payment of the outstanding amount, his claim has not been processed.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.518 of 2021(5) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 petitioner submits that he would be approaching the District Manager, State Food and Civil Supply Corporation, Patna by filing appropriate representation along with the requisite proof in support of his claim within a period of two weeks from today.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the District Manager, State Food and Civil Supply Corporation, Patna along with the requisite proof in support of his claim within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be considered by the District Manager, State Food and Civil Supply Corporation, Patna and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
