JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be daughter in law of the deceased whereas present case was lodged against the husband of the petitioner. The informant claims in his written report that it was petitioner's husband, who committed murder of the deceased but subsequently, in course of investigation, informant and some other witnesses stated about the involvement of the petitioner, who was taken into custody and confessed her guilt. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 02.08.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
