1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petition is directed for issuance of appropriate writ or direction in the nature of: Mandamus:- Directing the Respondents to demolish water tower (Jal Minar) from the land appertaining to Mauza Ekauba, Thana No. 116, Tauzi No. 8918, Khata No. 1270 Khesra No. 892 area 2 Katha which is of petitioner where on aforesaid Water Tower (Jal Minar) has been constructed on petitioner's land without acquiring through process of law or even without issuing any notice to the petitioner after demolishing the petitioner's house forcibly.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Begusarai, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Begusarai, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
