In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in Sasaram (Rail) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation is that the petitioner and other associates surrounded the son of the informant and Mochi Sharma gave a gun shot injury on his neck and who had fallen down. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against Mochi Sharma and other persons, namely, Vikash Kumar and Rasmalai @ Purushottam have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 9577 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 850 of 2015 respectively.
