JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2025 Perusal of previous order dated 25.02.2025 shows four weeks' time was granted to the petitioner to remove the defect (s) pointed out by the office and it was made clear that in case of non-compliance, petition would be dismissed.

2. Office has reported that no steps have been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner for removal of defect (s) towards compliance of the order dated 25.02.2025.
