2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) No. 2826 of 2024 to the extent that address of the appellants may kindly be corrected to be read as residents of village- Chandanbara, P.S- Dhaka, Distict- East Champaran and period of surrender may kindly be extended for further period of four weeks to enable the appellants to surrender and furnish bail bonds.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the prayer made therein is allowed and in the order dated 11.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) No. 2826 of 2024 the address of the appellants shall be read as "residents of villageChandanbara, P.S- Dhaka, Distict- East Champaran" and appellants are further granted four weeks time to surrender.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 11.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) No. 2826 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands allowed.
