The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Om Prakash. The police also collected CDR but from it, it doses not appear that the petitioner called on which mobile number and the petitioner has not been put on TIP. The petitioner is in jail since 13.11.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S.Case No.124 of 2014.
